2020...What a crazy year to start a homemade ice cream business.  We found a property that would fit our needs in January 2020, started buying equipment in February 2020, then the Pandemic Hits all of us in March! Oh no!  Once we finally opened it was clear that there was a new buying vibe in the air so we adapted!
